Insurance Information:

We accept any insurance that is a PPO and allows you to see the dentist you want to see. We are an out-of-network provider, which means you can still use your insurance with us and we will work to maximize your benefits.

If Delta Dental is your insurance provider we do accept your insurance but your insurance reimbursement will go directly to you in the form of a check. At your appointment we collect our fee at the time of service and then Delta will pay your portion to you.
